Charles Richardson is a native to Nashville, Tennessee with a lifelong passion for building. As a third generation craftsman, Charles traces his love for building back to his great grandfather, a dedicated road builder and journeyman. Over the next generations, the love and passion of building remained strong as the family business transitioned over to home repair and remodeling.

One of Charles’ favorite childhood memories is working on a small workbench alongside his father in the wood shop. As he grew older, Charles would always beg his father to allow him to ride along to the latest job site. On arrival, Charles would sit to watch and wonder at how his father’s ideas would go from simple drawings to tangible creations before his eyes.

Eventually, it was Charles’ time to take the helm, leading him into transition his dream into a reality and evolving Treetop Builders into a custom home building company. The heart of Treetop Builders still sits upon that same wonder and joy of creating. Since day one, Charles’ focus has been to work collaboratively with clients to facilitate the creative process of building homes in and around the Nashville metro area and the Middle Tennessee region.
